DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
PRICES
$15.50 flat rate per hamper box delivered anywhwere in Australia.
Some large hampers require additional packaging and box - additional freight charges are calculated based on this. Delivery charge is calculated and paid for when ordering.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Deliveries are made Monday – Friday only and unfortunately, no specific times can be quoted.
2. We regret no deliveries can be made on weekends or public holidays.
3. All orders must be placed before Wednesday 11am to be delivered before the weekend.
5. Farmgate Cheese uses external carriers and although we endeavour to deliver within 72 hours, circumstances beyond our control may arise which delay the delivery.
6. If you have any changes to delivery details once the order has been submitted, please call us as soon as possible to confirm any amendments.
7. If the order is intended as a gift, please ensure all delivery details are accurate - excess charges for re-delivery will be charged to the sender.
8. When selecting your delivery address, please try and select an address where someone will be there to receive it during business hours. If there is no-one available to receive the parcel, the courier will leave the parcel in the most suitable place possible within the property. We automatically give the courier 'authority to leave' the parcel in a safe place at the recipients property. If you prefer to have an 'attempt to deliver' card left at the property and the parcel delivered to the nearest post office for collection, please indicate this when ordering.
9. Late delivery Once Farmgate Cheese has been notified of a late or missing delivery by the customer, we will make inquiries with the carrier and ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.

IMPORTANT
If there are any changes to the delivery address or instructions it is the customer’s responsibility to inform us immediately.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Farmgate Cheese hand packs all items that are to be dispatched and takes every measure to ensure that the customer receives the delivery in optimum condition. If an item has been damaged during transit, we will replace the item at no cost to the customer, providing we receive notice of damaged goods within 24 hours of receiveing delivery. Note: All refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back the original credit card on which the order was purchased.
